Serving clients of any size, I advise in day-to-day matters and commercial contract negotiations as well as in extraordinary situations, such as bringing the sale of a business to a closing or onboarding new investors or stakeholders onto a venture. I collaborate with international law firms on inbound and outbound referrals, often involving the US, India, China, and other Asian nations.
When a broader team is required to cover certain specializations or larger assignments, external domestic or international lawyers are brought in. My network is extensive due to continuously attending International Bar Association Conferences and decades of work within The World Law Group, a Chambers-ranked-Elite international network of law firms, where I served on the board for six years.
